My Journey

My love for movement began early. Gymnastics at three, dance at five, cheerleading at eight, softball at ten — movement was never something I had to force, it was simply who I was and how I expressed myself. I've always been curious about what the body could do, drawn to new challenges, discovering what worked and what didn't. That curiosity eventually led me to dance professionally for the Golden State Warriors from 2009 to 2012. Whether on a stage or in a gym, movement was one of the primary ways I expressed myself and connected with the world.

However at sixteen, I developed an eating disorder and spent more than a decade navigating the physical, mental, and emotional weight that came with it. This illness was also an unwanted invitation for more demons to come out and play, it wasn't easy, but I faced them head on, and I kept going. It would take years to understand that the hardest chapters of our lives often give us the most wisdom — the mountaintop is only as high as the depths you've survived to reach it. I didn't find my strength in the light, I built it in the trenches, alchemizing every dark night into something that could help someone else find their way through.

That experience is my why, my saving grace, my awakening to help others where I once needed that help most. It taught me that when we're disconnected from our bodies, we live in a state of misalignment — we can chase goals and external success, but if the foundation isn't there, something always feels off.

What helped me find my way back wasn't willpower alone — it was education. I returned to school and earned a degree in Health Science, immersing myself in the science behind how the body truly functions — how food, movement, and physiology work together, and why. The deeper I went, the more I understood that movement, nutrition, and the way we care for ourselves daily aren't separate practices — they're one conversation. When all three align, something shifts. Energy returns. Clarity sharpens. You start to feel like yourself again — maybe for the first time.

Fitness and nutrition didn't just change my body, they changed everything — my mental clarity, my emotional resilience, my relationship with myself, my capacity to show up for others. I became closer to the version of me I'd always known existed — grounded, energized, spiritually aligned, creating from wholeness rather than depletion. That transformation became impossible not to share.

Over the years I've watched fitness become a catalyst for transformation that extends far beyond the gym — into relationships, mental health, careers, quality of life. For a long time, I could only help people one at a time. The whole point of TRAIN is to multiply that — by thousands, for anyone who's ready.

I spent the last year working in tech, educating myself on AI and how we can use it to enhance our lives — not be controlled by it. When I saw what was truly possible, I saw an opportunity to make that impact accessible at a much larger scale. Not by replacing human connection, but by amplifying it — creating a system that delivers personalized guidance, accountability, and support to people whenever and wherever they need it.
